The team behind Riviera aims to “revolutionize the recruiting process.” Through an interactive and automated check-in device that can be used at career fairs or recruiting events, Riviera provides candidates with an NFC (near field communication) badge with their information while providing recruiters with a companion app that facilitates easy and accessible feedback. With Riviera, candidates will have all of their information on one smart badge and recruiters will no longer have to deal with stacks of resumes and illegible feedback.
