Jacobs Hall is part of a diverse campus network of spaces for tinkering, prototyping, and fabrication. Elsewhere on campus, a variety of labs and shops provide specialized resources and other opportunities.
Berkeley spaces for making open to ALL students:
- Jacobs Institute for Design Innovation Makerspace (Jacobs Hall)
- CITRIS Invention Lab (Sutardja Dai Hall)
- Cory Student Workshop (Cory Hall)
- Supernode (Cory Hall)
- UC Berkeley Library Makerspace (Doe Library) – undergrads only
- Berkeley Art Studio (MLK Jr. Building ASUC Student Union) – public can take classes too!
