These instructions are for paying for a Research Maker Pass as part of the Maker Pass signup process.
1. All payments are final.

2. Download the chartstring payment form and complete all fields in yellow.
3. Give the completed form to your Principal Investigator (PI).
4. Your PI should email the completed form to Aleta Martinez at aleta@berkeley.edu with the following statement in the email body: “I approve the $313 charge for a Research Maker Pass to chartstring 1-ACCT-XXXXX-XXXXX-XX.”
PIs: If you plan to pay for the Research Maker Pass using federal funds, please consult with your Research Administrator to confirm that it is allowable.
